Job Highlights:

We are looking for an experienced Collection Outsourcing Management Manager / Senior Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of outsourced collection agencies that provide debt recovery services for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting recovery targets, monitoring agency performance, improving collection effectiveness and ensuring that all outsourced collection activities comply with applicable laws, Bank of Thailand regulations and internal collection policies.

You will work closely with collection agencies, internal stakeholders and management to identify performance gaps, develop recovery strategies and strengthen the overall outsourced collection process.
