Driving the Architectural best practices and leading the execution and strategy of the Architectural Roadmap
Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software technical requirements
Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions
Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process
Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team
Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface
Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues
Updating software solutions as required
Keep an eye out for technology trends, open source projects that can be used

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
Broad understanding of coding and programming languages
Experience with database design and data modeling
Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies
Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software
Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details
Strong communication and presentation skills
