Job Description:

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate Merchant System Projects and enhancement.
  • Testing UAT, PVT, and providing test scripts such as CPM, Merchant Service Portal, Open API, We Merchant Application, etc., involve end-to-end processes until the project is done on time.
  • Investigate, and solve problems of Merchant and Merchant Management team’s systems by coordinating with IT and Business Team.
  • Provide presentation, manual, and training to Merchants, MKT team, and Sales Team.
  • To motivate existing merchants via outgoing calls to use the Online channel or Specified Channel to motivate them to be active merchants and usage.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years in PMO, Project Coordinator, or related fields
  • Direct experience in Business Analyst, Project Management, and UAT would be an advantage.
  • Keen on cross-functional collaboration, Time Constraints, Project Overwhelm, IT resources, and Data Analysis for project performance improvement to meet sales target
  • Fast learning & can-do attitude
  • Adaptable with Good communication skills.
