Job Description:

  • Initiate and develop marketing acquisition strategy & campaigns based on distribution channels with an execution plan to achieve the number of account targets & business volume within the assigned budget.
  • Manage own Krungsri First Choice Sale channel as well as X entity and partner to achieve the target.
  • Explore new opportunities to expand sales channels including Online digital application, X selling to partner customer base, and new market segmentation 
  • Manage & monitor each channel performance eq. approval rate, activation rate, acquisition productivity, underwriting, etc. to prepare an action plan to drive new accounts.
  • Work with the Installment team (KIT )  and CRM to boost up installment Vol. of Cobrand card at Homepro & MegaHome and Out-store merchants.
  • Work with the creative team on the creative development process to launch marketing materials for a marketing campaign into the marketplace.
  • To prepare pre& post-launch analysis of the campaign & partnership program to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with sales and channels on a daily basis to boost sales numbers whilst offering support (i.e. activity at POS, troop, etc.) when required to ensure the monthly target is met.
  • Manage and motivate internal and external sales teams to achieve target.
  • Coordinate with related parties for the new policy, new market segmentation and new process
  • Ensure marketing campaigns comply with legal & compliance, group policies. 
  • Manage business partner relationship including, monthly or quarterly performance update, commercial payment, negotiate for card holder privileges & benefits. 
  • Contract Agreements with both external and internal RPT management to ensure business productivity and continuity.
  • Ensure Customer Experience is smooth from end to end (applying, approval, spending, fulfillment & redemption processes)


  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Marketing, Sales, Portfolio management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in Consumer Banking.
  • Working experience in managing business partners is an advantage.
  • Good personality, positive attitude, and an open mind.
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word application
  • Data management and Data Analysis & Interpretation
