Initiate and develop products for retails with solid value propositions and deliver margin for the company with pricing/margin management.
Monitoring and evaluating overall product campaign together with sales performance to feedback results and improvement.
Providing necessary reports and analysis of target business areas to improve product performance.
Initiate tools or campaigns to promote the product.
Meeting and dealing with the sales team (i.e. BM Meeting) and trainers for product inquiries or product benefits to achieving sales targets.
Support and review all related product documents to ensure it followed by regulations and product objectives.
Prepare New Product Initiative / Board Pack with the new product concept, and insurer’s information for getting approval from the internal department (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Accounting) and Broker Board Committee.
Update the insurance performance report and prepare the reporting to submit to the Broker Board, Insurance Monthly Meeting, and prepare the RMC Board Pack (Risk Reporting).
Acting as Maker for product set up for non-auto insurance products and Checker for any marketing campaigns.
Contract and agreement arrangement for non-auto insurance business area Coordinate with the project team in the UAT system

Bachelor's degree in any related field.
At least 5 years, as a key drive-in accident & health insurance business
Knowledge of insurance products, OIC, Legal, Compliance, Insurance operations, and systems. Computer literacy, Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good in logical and systematic skill, Initiative, planning & organizing skill with communication and interpersonal skills.
Be proactive and able to take the initiative and be able to work well in a team and with a wide range of people.
