Job Description:

           
Digital Marketing:

  • Develop digital marketing strategy and plans across digital platform to achieve goals and align with company requirements under brand’s direction.
  • Work collaborates with Marketing, Marcom, IT Team, Agency and other related for initiate digital campaigns and activities with maximize result and ROI.
  • Conceiving and executing a variety of digital communication campaigns to drive traffic, consideration, purchase intention and engagement to build advocacy and brand love.
  • Monitor market trends and social listening to find new digital opportunities.
  • Drives thought leadership and execution for personalized marketing efforts across digital touchpoints.


Website management:

  • Develop and manage user-friendly websites and page development with up-to-date information.
  • ​​​​​​​Developing and managing SEO-SEM (on-site, off-site, workflow, etc.) for company websites to become the absolute leader in the financial market.
  • Growing organic traffic, orders, and revenue in the evolving competitive search market landscape
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, including traffic and conversions.

Social Media:
  • Direct monthly planning for social media and content marketing programs that drive number fan page, engagement, including Facebook, Line OA, YouTube, IG, KOL, e-newsletters, videos, etc.
  • ​​​​​​​Optimize ads boosting campaigns based on KPIs such as new followers, engagement, CTR and Conversion Rate across social media channels.
  • Provides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement, acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels.
  • To monitor social listening and utilize tools to capture trends and prevent digital crisis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in leading and executing integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Line OA, YouTube, IG, TikTok).
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on experience in performance marketing, media planning, SEO/SEM, and social media optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with brand direction and business objectives.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of website management, UI/UX, content management systems, SEO/SEM techniques, and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Proficient in leveraging marketing tools, social listening platforms, and CRM systems for digital campaign optimization and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about emerging digital trends and innovation with a growth mindset and agile approach to marketing.
  • Experience in financial services or fast-paced industries is a plus.
