AEC Credit Card Product Development (AVP Level)

To study market and plan by following up laws and regulations of each country in order to monitor Overseas Offices concerning both business and management aspects. This is in order to specify the operational guideline of overseas offices.
Understand and be able to come out with the pre-post acquisition plan
To look after branch operations, business development activities and coordinate between overseas offices and Head Office and corresponds between these various parties in order to ensure the smoothness of operations.
To be responsible for entire business and operation of a branch/subsidiary to ensure all the tools and infrastructure needed to keep it in working order.
To understand local environment, business staff and its clients to drive business and create new opportunities for that particular country.
Monitor business performance and develop scope of business to increase/enhance quality of output.
Responsible to communicate and update the AEC business to Senior Management and others for business development, area of improvement and guideline for AEC country.
Liaison with relating division at Head Quarter and each AEC country for developing new products to AEC country.

Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, Economics, or related fields
Familiar with local rules, guidelines, and regulations of banking services
Possess sound interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good presentation skill with excellent English communication ability.
Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, drive, and integrity
Hands-on with high responsibility and able to perform work with minimal supervision
Be able to travel across AEC country on business trips (in the normal situation, after the COVID-19 pandemic)
At least 5-10 years of working experience in banking, financial services, or credit cards
Experience in business development or business analysis and Strategic Planning Experience in project management and working with cross-functional project team
Knowledge in the retail banking business, and consumer lending is a plus
Understanding in AEC market is preferred but not essential
