Job Description:

  • Responsible for selling the credit card to drive the target as the company plan and policy
  • Manage and control sales team of direct sales channel by focusing on the customers with income more than 20K
  • Support, explain sales target and strategy to team member for the most effective sales activities.
  • Determine sales training & updating new product & policies to Sales team.
  • Maintain the good relationship with all customer for smooth functioning of business.
  • Analysis problem and provide the solution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in credit card Sales with strong connection with existing customers.
  • Knowledge of Credit Card product
  • Excellent relationship management, influence and communication skills.
  • A Team player & Relationship person
