Telesales Admin – IIF Project (Short Term Level)

Job Description:

Job Purpose: Call to remind IIF Auto Insurance customers who have passed their due date for 6 days.  This to improve premium collected efficiency as an interim plan while the IVR system which is the permanent plan is under implementation.

• Call the assigned customers within the given timeline.
• Strictly following the given call script.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Routing call, Communicating, and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of overall work experience in customer service or telesales. 
• Working Experiences in Auto Insurance will be advantage
• Problem Solving kills
• Negotiation skills
• Relationship skills
• Good communications skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Accountable and reliable
