Job Description:

  • Manage and coordinate project to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
  • Prepare and provide a business requirement specification for initiate IT project.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to OP plan.
  • Handle the UAT process for related business project with IT team Responsible for operation and insurance project of all channels (TM/POS/digital)
  • Handle operation process that related with new / existing business requirements such as insurance project of new operation system.
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations (billing/refund/reconciliation/tax documents) for KGIB Insurance and adjust the process (if any) to ensure timely and accurate completion of related departments initiatives
  • Assist with billing-related initiatives, process redesigns, and the development of various control and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Create presentations and reports results to team/management
  • Ensure the volume of work produced meets production standards and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 1 years in handling project, operation process or related fields
  • Minimum 1 years in insurance business
  • Team Player and high level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
  • Hardworking & Fast learning & can-do attitude
  • Good communication skill
  • Telemarketing business knowledge is a plus
