  • Develop and analyze operation reporting to improve operational systems and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage & control operations issued with IT Team.
  • Manage data processing with more efficiency.
  • Being the main member of the project to make operations process align in the market need to improve and develop backend processes to ahead of the newcomers and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in handling projects, operation processes, or related fields.
  • Experience in the insurance business.
  • Team Player with a high level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
  • Hardworking & Fast learning & can-do attitude Good communication skill
  • Telemarketing business knowledge is a plus
