Job Description:
- Develop, evaluate, and monitor collection strategies.
- Formulate & launch relief program to help financial difficulty customers.
- Monitoring portfolio quality, collection & relief program performance.
- Develop & validate collection scorecard & segmentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Major Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skill.
- Good computer skill, including Microsoft office (Excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
