Leading a group of 12-15 PC Marketing HomePro Visa.
- Recruitment & Selection of PC Marketing HomePro Visa. Provide Coaching and training to New hired and PC Marketing HomePro Visa .
Manage “Unacceptable” Performance, complaint, Fraud cases,Sales Turnover.
- Plan PC strategy of PC Marketing HomePro Visa.
- Full service card acquisition and after sales service to customer KCC cardholder at HomePro Branch.
- To build strong and maintain good relationship with GM, Section and staffs of Homepro.
- Increase new application with activities and Booth in HomePro Branch
- Increase new application Homepro Visa , Homepro First Choice, Insurance PA and Car Store and HomePro Event.
- Care advocates promotion of credit card and branch responsibility.
- Manage HomePro Temp card visa at HomePro Store.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
At least 3 years of supervisor level with Sales & PC management.
Solid Background in Retail sales or SME, Credit Card, Insurance, and Loan is preferable.
Successful track record of performance and value.
Strong leadership and communication skills. Willing to travel.
