Job Description:

Operation Process
  • Managing day-to-day activities.
  • Working with internal and external party to ensure acquisition process smooth and efficiency.
  • Manage insurance licensing including new licenses, renewals and support sales tools.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for licensing exams, documentation, and reporting.
  • Monitoring and control budgets and managing cost.
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Quality Assurance
  • Improving performance, productivity, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and process.
  • Ensuring our process and service has been built with compliance to legal standards, under market conduct and meets customer expectations.
  • Supervising and provide process/best-practice guidance to sales manager and staff and feedback.
  • Provide and reporting field visit to inspect and survey to improve and ensure efficiency and safety sales process delivered.
  • Define and implement new initiative to improve cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring assets of company were use as maximum benefit.
Other Supports
  • Contributing to GCS operational project enhancement.
  • Contributing towards the achievement of GCS’s strategic and operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Major:  Industrial Engineering, Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant solid work experiences related project management experience, preferable in financial consumer industry.
  • Have strong experience in data management. 
  • Excellent in writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • MS Excel proficiency (Pivot, Lookup, or etc.)
  • Project management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet deadlines.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
