Job Description:
Training Coordinator/ Program Manager: (60%)- Assist PD Operations Team Leader to overall managing of PD operations including training needs survey, training analysis, designing and developing annual training program, prepare training plan & scheduling.
- Being key contact person for participants on training registration, invitation, and training program calendar.
- Organize and administrate training logistics, training roll-out and post training record in KLC.
- Collect feedback, evaluate and find ways to improve quality of the program.
- Coordinate with other L&D Program Managers in PD team to monitor program quality and consolidate data tracking record according to PM Guideline.
- Coordinating with stakeholders across functions i.e. BAY L&D, Training Center, BU Training Teams, to support and ensure training operations and roll-out according to plan.
- Provide training request support to employee with pre-screening against L&D Guideline and generating CDR code for AP payment and Updating training history in KLC.
- Prepare external training reports and all required documents for submission to DSD.
- Monitor, track and providing support to employee to ensure the completion of compulsory training.
- Consolidate and prepare compulsory monitoring reports to SMT, function owners i.e. Compliance, HRTA, Internal Audit on required periods.
- Implement on-going training process improvement & productivities, Training Operations automation and re-processing.
- Continuously initiate and apply technology, automation to improve training administration process i.e. External Training Digital Workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Major: Industrial Engineering, Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant solid work experiences related project management experience, preferable in financial consumer industry.
- Have strong experience in data management.
- Excellent in writing, presentation and communication skills.
- MS Excel proficiency (Pivot, Lookup, or etc.)
- Project management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet deadlines.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
