Job Description:

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Develop and execute product strategies tailored to different customer segments, with a strong emphasis on premium customers.
  • Strengthen and continuously evolve the value proposition of Central The 1 Credit Card to enhance customer preference and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor movements to propose attractive and competitive offers.
  • Lead the launch and enhancement of core product features, privileges, and premium benefits.

 

Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Initiate and execute customer campaigns and marketing activities to drive product awareness, preference, and business volume.
  • Ensure effective, targeted communication strategies that resonate with different customer segments.
  • Drive integrated marketing plans and calendars to support ongoing premium promotions.

 

Partnership & Business Development

  • Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with key business partners.
  • Identify and explore new partnership opportunities to expand customer benefits and drive business growth.

 

Budget, Performance & Governance

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently to balance competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and campaign success.
  • Oversee business planning and governance for credit card product, including marketing policies, BOT requirements, and Mastercard/Visa agreements.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.

 

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage the team to deliver key business performance targets.
  • Provide clear direction, working guidelines, and problem-solving support to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Drive overall budgeting, planning, and execution of marketing activities within agreed timelines and budgets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing and/or Project Management.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in credit card business, banking products, or related financial services.
  • Minimum 3 years in a management or leadership role.
