IT & Regulatory Compliance (Manager to AVP Level)

Job Description:

  • Answer customer calls accurately, efficiently and professionally by following customer service process and policy
  • Handle customers across different platforms, including Social Media, Email, Live Chat and Telephony.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the systems as per customer requests.
  • Handle customer complaint basically and escalate to upper or concerns level by using VOC system or any other voice of customer system.
  • Retain customer from inbound call by using an appropriated scheme.
  • Follow up on customer requests or issues with Supervisors when needed according to processes.
  • Perform sales activities to support business direction for “Service to Sales”.
  • Complete other work assigned by Supervisors or Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: 
    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 8 years of work experience in banking, non-bank, or financial services (credit card, personal loan, e-payment, or insurance industry experience is a plus).

    • At least 6 years of direct experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or IT Risk.

    • Proven experience at management level is required.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BOT, AML/CFT, OIC, NCB, OCPB, etc.).

    • Ability to manage regulatory reporting, compliance testing, and risk assessments.

    • Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
