Marketing Insurance Manager - A&H in Store Channel (Manager Level)

Job Description:

Job Purpose : To expand A&H Insurance portfolio by implementing & execution marketing activities for In-store channel toward customer campaign and/or seller campaign which align to the marketing strategy and roadmap calendar. Together with making sure that the allocated budget is under control and help to improve our portfolio get a good revenue.

• Implement the campaigns that align with Marketing strategies and calendar within a timely manner.
• All the campaigns need to get approval from related parties before launch (L&C, FP&A, Operation and etc.)
• Communicating the campaigns to related parties follows the internal standard process.
• Handling and managing day to day operation process.
• Analysis the result of campaign and able to recommend and identify areas for improvement including campaigns, promotions, materials etc.
• Proactively monitor the sales volume data regularly to take immediate action to increase sales performance. 
• Produce and Review Marketing material (both online/offline) to make sure that it is easy to understand both Sales and customers which need to get approval from related parties.
• Monitoring and Controlling insurance application & physical premium & material (leaflet, brochure, tent card, etc)
• Managing insurer by having a performance review monthly, and work together for achieving the sales target
• Improve % of customer renewal rate by creating any tool/campaign/activities to lift up the performance.
   

Qualifications:

• At least bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Marketing field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing Non-life or/and Life insurance portfolio.
• Knowledge in Marketing principle, Non-life or/and Life insurance products
• Leadership skill
• Initiative
• Planning & Organizing
• Good in Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
