Risk Infrastructure Analyst (Assistant Manager Level)

Scope of responsibility includes all unsecured products (Cards, Sales Finance, and Personal Loan) across all entities.
Work closely with internal risk team and other business functions to gather & understand specific business requirements and Strategies related with risk decision engines (NBSM/ PROBE)
Participate as a team member in business projects that may impact to risk decision engines
Assist to analyze the business requirement specification and/or change request, perform gap analysis, and inform related parties Shall there be any modifications needed.
Coordinate with IT team and/or other related functions to ensure adequate and sufficient data for risk decision engines development
Implement automated decision tools by set up credit policy/ risk strategy in credit decision system; together with maintain
Changes in strategy; by translating credit policy rules from business risk perspective into automated decision engines.
Design, develop, and deploy risk decision engines based on business requirement with efficiency and appropriate solutions

Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Management Information System, E-Business, Business Management, or related fields
Master’s degree would be a plus
Experience in programming or system implementation, 2+ years is preferable
Working knowledge of SAS, SQL, MS Access, Excel, VB Script, R, Python, Database Management tool, or programing language
Logical thinking with good business sense
Demonstrate skill in collaborating with others
Good project management with effective communication skills
Good team player with interpersonal skill
